BOSTON – May 11, 2010 – Bradco Supply Corp. (“Bradco”), majority owned by Advent International, the global private equity firm, today announced it has signed a definitive agreement to be acquired by ABC Supply Co., Inc.

The combination will create a leading national distributor of exterior building materials with 479 locations in 45 states and the District of Columbia and combined sales of over $4 billion. Importantly, the combined company will be better positioned to partner with its vendors and better able to service the needs of its customers. The transaction is subject to regulatory approvals.

Advent International will remain investors in the combined company.
